![]() | About MeMy name is Rob Palmer and I live in Bannockburn, Stirlingshire. I have over 10 years experience coaching, training and mentoring people to get the best out of them. I joined the British Army in January 2002 and terminated my service in March 2012. I left the Army holding the rank of Sergeant. The last position I held was as a senior instructor in an Army Training Regiment. My passion is for exercise so naturally I made my transition to civilian life as a fitness professional. Armed with my previous experiences in the field of physical training and my knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and nutrition I have put together these exercise programs that will get results. . My Program
I am experienced, fun to work with, and completely professional.
Everyone's body is different and everyone prefers to exercise in different conditions and surroundings. Be it in a Gym, the outdoors or a mixture of both. Together we will collate your physical fitness, health and diet statistics and produce you a training program that WILL deliver. I can facilitate your own personal training at your local Gym, park or even your own home
Timings
Monday - Saturday
0630hrs till 2000hrs.
Pricing
Personal training ( one to one ) 1 Hour Boot Camp ( group)
1 hour training session a day max per individual. £3 per person ( max of 20 per group)
1 hour - £15 (Boot Camp payments in person on day of exercise)
5 hours - £60
10 hour - £100
